Barbara is a retired community health physician, Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner, and Eden Method instructor. She has studied and trained in multiple healing modalities, and these inform her own unfolding, and are integrated into her understanding of how we heal and become whole. She is excited by the opportunity to share this self empowering journey with others, teach energy medicine tools to others in healing professionals as well those seeking their own lightness of being.

Deb is trained and certified as a physician, certified acupuncturist, social worker, herbalist, therapeutic yoga instructor, Compassionate Inquiry Counselor as well as an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner and teacher. She is a passionate meditation, leadership and Heart Math instructor. She loves working with people in the healing and social service field and her mission is to spark and support the healing light that is inside all helping and healing professionals, students, and clients. In addition, her focus is improving health outcomes for those living with trauma, addiction and mental health challenges.
